Cannabis Caterer was founded by chefs who spent years in fine-dining kitchens and saw a gap: infused food was almost always an afterthought — a gummy, a brownie, something sweet and unpredictable.
We wanted the opposite. Savory, seasonal, beautifully plated courses where the infusion is dialed in with the same precision as the salt and the acid. Food you'd happily eat with zero cannabis in it — that also happens to carry a gentle, well-measured lift.
Today we bring that table to private homes and events: a calm, guided, genuinely delicious experience, built entirely around the people at it.
